Hi, I’m Steve and I have been teaching yoga since 2020. 

I have a very strong belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone. Yoga will bring you good health and deep peace, and I believe that both of these things are fundamental rights for everyone.

Regardless of your age, gender, starting level of fitness, or current mental health, I want to make sure that yoga is accessible, and to prove that it can benefit every single one of us. 

As a man in my 50s who has overcome a serious back injury and as well as depression and anxiety, my mission in life is to use yoga to bring peace and comfort to everyone.
